SCUBA Hand Signals app for iPhone and iPad

The US Navy Diving Hand signals iPhone/iTouch application will demonstrate all the hand signals used in diving operations by US Navy and Special Operations Forces. The hand signals are derived from the US Navy Diving Manual-Volume2. It has an intuitive layout and contains the following features;
